The Cattori family establishes Campofelice on the shores of Lago Maggiore, laying the foundations for a business that would become an established name in Ticino hospitality.
In response to the growing demand for accommodation, Campofelice Hotel Village opens its doors. The hotel expands the Campofelice offering with comfortable rooms and dedicated services, giving guests a new way to experience Lago Maggiore without compromising on comfort.
With the establishment of Campofelice SA, the hotel and Village are brought together under a single management. This step strengthens the company's philosophy and enables the development of an increasingly comprehensive offering centred on hospitality and quality of service.
Campofelice continues to invest in the development of its facilities. Hotel guests benefit from an increasingly varied offering thanks to the expansion of services, sports and leisure facilities, and the continuous improvement of the overall guest experience.
Campofelice Hotel Village takes an important step forward with the renovation of its rooms and the Casa Torre apartments. During the same period, significant investments are made in energy efficiency, reinforcing the commitment to increasingly sustainable hospitality.
The offering is further enhanced with new services and facilities, enriching the experience of Campofelice Hotel Village guests and making every stay even more enjoyable and varied.
The hotel's breakfast room and communal areas are renovated. A new lounge is also created, offering modern, welcoming and even more comfortable spaces.
One of the most significant renovation projects in the history of Campofelice Hotel Village begins. The rooms are completely refurbished, while the reception is moved to the 13th floor, offering panoramic views of Lago Maggiore. At the same time, the interiors are redesigned to create an even more modern and elegant atmosphere.
The transformation continues with the complete renovation of the apartments and the opening of the new Campofelice Restaurant & Lounge, Robin Bistrot Café, and new spaces dedicated to dining and relaxation, further enhancing the guest experience.
Today, Campofelice Hotel Village is a fully renovated property welcoming guests all year round. Modern rooms and apartments, high-quality services and access to all the experiences offered by Campofelice Village bring together tradition, innovation and hospitality.

In 2025, Campofelice celebrated its 70th anniversary, a milestone representing a long tradition of hospitality, passion and innovation.
Since its beginnings as a family business in 1955, Campofelice has grown to become an established name in hospitality on Lago Maggiore. Today, Campofelice Hotel Village represents the evolution of this story, offering fully renovated rooms and apartments, high-quality services and an experience that combines comfort, nature and well-being.
